All travelers are required to declare any food, plants, seeds, or animal products upon arrival. Failure to declare such items may result in fines and/or confiscation. VAT Exemption for Foreign Guests
In accordance with Chilean tax law, foreign visitors who are not residents in Chile are exempt from the 19% VAT on hotel accommodations when paying in foreign currency or with an international credit card. To qualify for the exemption, guests must present both their passport and the PDI entry card (Tarjeta Única Migratoria) received from the Policía de Investigaciones de Chile (PDI) — the Chilean immigration authority — upon arrival at the border or airport.
Please confirm this benefit directly with the hotel during check-in.

July 20 – Half Day Concha y Toro Marqués
Enjoy an unforgettable experience at one of Chile’s most iconic wineries, Concha y Toro Winery, internationally recognized for the quality of its wines. Immerse yourself in a guided tour through its historic gardens and modern facilities, where you will learn firsthand about the winemaking process, surrounded by unique landscapes at the foothills of the Andes Mountains. The experience includes an exclusive premium wine tasting, carefully selected and paired with a cheese board designed to enhance each flavor. July 22 – Santiago from Above
This tour invites you to discover the city from its highest viewpoints. Then, continue the experience by taking the cable car to go even higher. To finish, visit Sky Costanera, the tallest observation deck in Latin America, where you can admire the vastness of Santiago from above.
